Steril-Zone Return Policy
We are confident that Steril-Zone will improve your indoor air quality and help you breathe easier!
We offer a 14-day return policy. If you wish to return your purchase, we will credit your purchase, less shipping and handling (free promotional shipping applies only if you keep the product) as well as a restocking fee of 20%. All returns must be in like new condition, in original packaging, with instructions and accessories; items returned in less than new condition may be subject to additional fees.
All Steril-Aire products go through a rigorous quality assurance process. However, in the unlikely event that your product is defective upon receipt, we will replace it as soon as possible and pay all shipping costs to and from your location. Please contact us immediately at 818-565-1128 so we can arrange for pickup and send you a replacement.
Replacement filters are not returnable unless defective.
To return a product follow these instructions:
- No returns will be accepted without our Return Authorization Number. Go to the Customer Service tab on the steril-zone.com web site. Select the 'Returns, Exchanges and Refunds' tab to request a Return Authorization Number and we will promptly contact you with this number.
- We will provide you with the appropriate address for your return.
- Once we have received your package, we will inspect the contents. If the product is in satisfactory condition we will refund the appropriate amount to the credit card you used for your original purchase.
